This privacy policy applies to the iMessage application “Ten” (hereby referred to as “the App”), created as a free-to-use service. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Information Collection and Use The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information, user data, or device identifiers. The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising frameworks, or external servers.
Data Transmission “Ten” is a serverless multiplayer game. All gameplay data and game state information is serialized into a URL and transmitted securely and directly between devices using Apple’s native Messages framework (iMessage). The developer has no access to your messages, game history, or any data transmitted during gameplay.
Children’s Privacy Because the App does not collect any personal information, it inherently complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
