By downloading and using Navics (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Actual Conditions: You may find that actual road conditions differ from the App’s data, expected routes, or estimated arrival times. You must exercise your independent judgment and use the App at your own risk. You are responsible at all times for your conduct and its consequences.
Not a Racing App: The App is intended for informational and analytical purposes only. It is not designed to encourage speeding or reckless driving. You must never attempt to exceed speed limits, disregard traffic laws, or drive dangerously to “beat” a previous time or improve your statistics.
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with using the App. You agree that your primary responsibility is to operate your vehicle safely and in full compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws.
No Liability: Under no circumstances shall the developer of the App be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: traffic citations, vehicular accidents, property damage, personal injury, or death.
License You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes following your one-time purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Map data, analytics, and estimated arrival times are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee that the location tracking, estimated times of arrival, or analytics will be accurate, continuous, or error-free. You acknowledge that weather conditions, construction projects, closures, traffic incidents, or other real-world events may cause actual road conditions to differ significantly from the App’s calculations. GPS accuracy varies depending on your device, interference, and environment.
Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the App, or any data generated by the App, in connection with automatic or autonomous vehicle control systems. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Intellectual Property All code, design, features, and branding associated with the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
